Welcome to Pundit Beer Co!
We are a family owned craft brewery located in southeastern Minnesota. we opened our doors in May 2026. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, for the past two decades we have been involved in the food and beverage industry. After many years of working in restaurants and bars, we finally sought the opportunity to make our long-time dream of owning a craft brewery a reality. We are passionate for what we do and continue everyday into perfecting our craft. Cheers!
